Unable to connect after purchasing premium account

I purchased a premium account around 20 days ago but I have been unable to connect to any of the premium servers. I have also emailed support and received no response there. I would appreciate if someone can please help with resolving the issue. PayPal transaction ID is 5MX97267RD2280213.
