Server Needs Activation?

I see some new servers (with ping times) but what does it mean it needs activation?

Ahhh!  So I am only using the iOS app and didn't need to sign up, can I do this on the iOS app or do I need to install a PC one too?

I signed up for the premium and added the config files to the iOS app and windows desktop and it can't connect.  Even the windows client can't connect using the Tunsafe servers.  Ideas?

Your activation might have been delayed. When you login on the vpn page it should say "Premium Activated" and your account balance will be displayed below.

If you do see this, download the config files again and import them into your mobile device or the PC client.

If it still doesn't work, please send me an email and I'll help you out, viktor@tunsafe.com

We'll soon release a new version of the mobile and PC client which will enable you to login on your account in the client and all the servers will be available automatically. This manual import step currently needed is quite a hazzle.

Thanks Viktor, that solved it.  I assume I would need to generate new config files for each server (Dallas, Chicago, etc)?
